Standard Binders
Binders are ready-made and in stock.
If you change your mind or the product arrives in good condition but you’re unhappy, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Bespoke Inserts
Our printed inserts are made-to-order according to your specifications.
Because they’re personalised, bespoke inserts cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please double-check your text, images, and other customisation details before placing your order.
We will not accept returns for personalised inserts unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or, if necessary, a correction for bespoke inserts.
