Here’s what you need to know about joining the herd…

1. Our Products

• Binders: Ready-made and in stock.
• Bespoke Inserts: Customised to your specifications text, layout and colour.

2. Placing an Order

• Double-check your personalisation details for bespoke inserts. We make them exactly as requested.
• By ordering, you confirm that any text you provide are yours to use.

3. Shipping

• We aim to send out orders quickly, and we’ll give you an estimated delivery time upon ordering.
• Once items leave our workshop, delivery is handled by the courier. Any delays after dispatch are out of our control.
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Binders: Can be returned or exchanged if they are in original condition.
• Bespoke Inserts: Cannot be refunded or exchanged once production starts. Please check your details carefully!
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or correction.
